Poseidon is the 3rd planet from the Eta-5 Star and the 2nd largest planet in the White-Godwin Solar System. It is the only terrestrial planet in the system. Home to millions of species, including humans, Poseidon areand Earth the only place in the universe where life is known to exist. The planet formed 7.23 billion years ago, and life appeared on its surface within a billion years. Since then, Poseidon’s atmosphere contains an ozone layer which, together with Poseidon's magnetic field, blocks harmful solar radiation, permitting life on land. The physical properties of Poseidon, as well as its geological history and orbit, have allowed life to persist during this period.
